SR-22
Drivers need SR-22 insurance in Texas after being convicted of a serious traffic violation, such as reckless driving or DUI. These drivers are considered “high risk” and are required to file an SR-22 certificate with the state to prove they have at least the minimum amount of car insurance required by Texas law. We offer this certification if indicated by the policyholder. There is a small fee, and this will be ordered by the court. Proof will be provided to the policyholder for the courts’ records the same day the premium has been received by the insurance company.
